Sourcing process review
Advised UNCDF leadership act faster by enhancing workflows through digitalization and automation, clarifying roles, and developing resources. As a result, UNCDF can mobilize impactful investments in high-risk markets.
Report of the Secretary-General of the mandate implementation review
Supported publication of the mandate implementation review report as part of the UN80 initiative, using data analytics to identify lifecycle challenges, improving transparency and strengthening accountability for Member States.
Travel consolidation
Developed a proposal to bring together 50 travel offices into five coordinated regional hubs, streamlining operations and vendor relationships to improve service quality, reduce travel costs, and unlock significant savings.
UN Global footprint analysis
Created the first comprehensive database and dashboard of UN global presence, enabling informed decision-making for UN-wide mandate reviews and strategic planning across UN entities.
ICT reporting framework
Aligned stakeholders to establish a cohesive Information and Communications Technology (ICT) reporting framework, improving progress tracking on digital transformation efforts and strengthening Member State engagement.
Partnership and Innovation Department review
Reviewed WFP’s Partnerships and Innovation Department operating model, uncovering significant cost savings and operational improvements aiming to enhance team performance, streamline reporting lines and staff locations and consolidate common services for
Strategic model review
Supported UNFPA in building a fit-for-purpose business model through data-driven analysis and strategic insights, enabling greater efficiency and impact at scale amidst a changing global environment.
Organizational review and redesign
Optimized WFP HQ operations by addressing internal challenges and reviewing department setup. The proposed solutions aimed to improve governance at HQ and regional level and enhance coordination to deliver more effective support for field operations.
Common Back Office (CBO) development
Launched a Common Back Office, consolidating key administrative services to serve all 20 UN entities present in Tanzania. Delivered design, cost analysis and implementation support to improve efficiency, collaboration and participation.
Divisional skills assessment
Conducted a skills assessment for FAO’s Office of Innovation, identifying the team's main strengths and gaps, providing benchmarks and creating role profiles for open positions to close those gaps.
Impact gains assessment
Developed a methodology to measure efficiency and effectiveness of UNHCR’s new digital platform for forcibly displaced and stateless persons to access their data and service, enabling better service delivery.
Performance monitoring framework
Rolled out a performance monitoring framework across nine UNMAS programmes, delivering training, refining frameworks and submission processes to enhance visibility and enable timely performance corrections.
UN reform: implementation support
Supported the realization of the Secretary-General’s efficiency agenda by consolidating common services, focusing on business operations strategies, shared service centers and common premises.
Country Office innovation team support
Collaborated with WFP’s Innovation Unit to drive demand for nutritious foods in informal urban settlements, supporting project management and leading workshop to sensitive people towards consuming nutritious foods.
Supply Chain Management Unit review
Co-created a new supply chain management unit within UNFPA with key stakeholders, aligning roles and structures to improve supply chain performance and meet organizational needs.
UN Fleet data management
Analysed UN Fleet data like utilization, costs and revenues to identify efficiency opportunities and developed a business case for improved fleet services, estimating potential financial gains.
Efficiency and effectiveness reporting
Delivered UNIDO’s first efficiency gains study, enabling the organization to focus on impactful initiatives and support informed decision-making.
